Greenhouse Construction Co. delivers certified carbon steel and stainless-steel water storage tank assembly services for commercial greenhouses, district cooling, and industrial agricultural infrastructure projects across the UAE, KSA, and GCC.

Our in-house division deploys certified structural welders to execute precise bottom plate, vertical shell, and roof plate assemblies. We ensure structural integrity by performing full NDT radiographic audits and hydrostatic pressure tests.

Thermal Water Insulation

In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, water stored in exposed steel tanks can absorb high solar radiation, heating up to 45--C+. Utilizing hot water for irrigation shocks root systems, retarding crop growth. We wrap all reservoirs with high-efficiency polyurethane foam and aluminum cladding to keep water at safe temperatures.

Plate Assembly & Erection

Forming tank foundations, assembling bottom annular plates, erecting vertical steel shell rings using hydraulic jacks, and structural column-roof truss assemblies.

ASME Certified Welding

Executing high-precision vertical and horizontal butt-welding. All weld lines are completed by ASME Section IX certified welders using low-hydrogen electrodes.

NDT Testing & Polyurethane Coating

Performing Non-Destructive Testing (vacuum box, dye penetrant, radiography). We apply multi-layer epoxy coatings internally and polyurethane cladding externally.

Hydrostatic Testing & Commissioning

Filling tanks systematically, monitoring settlement parameters, auditing nozzle seals, and certifying structural seal integrity before operational handover.
