Sourcing and submitting complete mill test certificates, data sheets, and structural load calculations (MAR) to secure consultant sign-offs before site deployment.
Weld Logs & NDT Auditing
Maintaining detailed welder qualifications, tracking weld numbers, and executing non-destructive tests (dye penetrant, vacuum box, radiography) for all critical steel joints.
Handover Document Files
Compiling exhaustive quality dossiers, including as-built drawings, sensor calibration files, hydrostatic test certs, electrical warranties, and O&M manuals.
